根據國家相關規(guī)定應首先考慮按上海市廢氣排放的有關標準進行治理效果的綜合監(jiān)測驗收,目標是噴漆室負壓、密閉,收集效率 95%以上;達到VOCs排放濃度在70mg/m3以下,凈化效率>95%的標準要求。

3.6 有機廢氣沸石轉筒吸附—催化燃燒系統(tǒng)簡介

根據業(yè)主有機廢氣的相關參數及相關的處理要求,我們采用轉輪濃縮+催化燃燒的方式進行處理。

有機廢氣經管道收集進入前置過濾器過濾和冷凝降溫等設備進行預處理以后,進入沸石轉筒裝置吸附處理區(qū)進行凈化處理,進入濃縮轉筒的有機廢氣(上圖,下同)在常溫下被轉筒吸附區(qū)吸附凈化后直接排放至大氣(最高凈化效率可達95%)(),接著因轉筒的轉動而進入脫附區(qū),吸附了有機物質的轉筒在脫附區(qū)內被150-180℃小風量脫附(高倍濃縮)、高濃度小風量廢氣()進入催化燃燒處理系統(tǒng)。

廢氣只要被加熱到280-350℃,進入催化床就能被催化分解成水和二氧化碳后放熱成為高溫清潔氣體(),溫度交換后排入大氣。

清洗房產生廢水中主要含有灰塵、清洗劑及液壓油等污染物,根據業(yè)主實際需求及前期溝通,本次通過實驗確認之前提出的廢水循環(huán)使用的可行性并確定設備規(guī)格。

4.2.1實驗
4.2.1 Experiment
1.廢水狀態(tài):本次實驗采用業(yè)主提供的廢水樣品,廢水呈淡黃色、略渾濁(見圖片1)

2.實驗一:使用小型電解實驗裝置對廢水進行電解處理并觀察廢水變化及測試電導率(單位μs/cm),實驗開始30分鐘后,廢水上部出現明顯浮渣,水體開始變白變清,電導率略有上升為22.7(見圖片2);1小時后浮渣繼續(xù)增加,電導率為42(見圖片3);2小時后電導率上升至96.9(見圖片4)。

3.實驗二:將電解后的廢水與原始廢水混合,模擬循環(huán)混合狀態(tài),混合后水體電導率為37.8(見圖片5);凈化1小時候電導率上升為121.6(見圖片6),凈化后的水體基本無色透明(見圖片7),將中部水體取出靜置后,會有部分絮體沉降產生(見圖片8),水體電導率下降為72.5(見圖片9)。

4.結論:本次實驗中廢水經過電解凈化后,水體變?yōu)闈崈?,大部分廢渣可以上浮,較易去除,而根據業(yè)主要求處理后水體電導率不能大于500,而此次實驗中最高電導率為121.6,并且靜置一段時間后電導率下降至72.5。

此現象表明實驗中的較高電導率的出現,主要是由于水體中雜質轉化為絮體后,仍有部分較輕的絮體懸浮在水體中;另外由于小型電解裝置并不是實時循環(huán),雜質去除后仍不停有鋁離子電解進入水體,離子濃度變高造成電解率偏高。
This phenomenon shows that the higher conductivity in the experiment is mainly due to the fact that after the impurities in the water body are converted into flocs, there are still some lighter flocs suspended in the water body. In addition, because the small electrolytic device does not circulate in real time, aluminum ions are still electrolyzed into the water body after the impurities are removed , and higher ion concentration resulting in a higher electrolysis rate.
所以通過靜置后電導率便會下降,實際設備中的循環(huán)水箱即可達到此效果,并且實際設備會不斷有循環(huán)水進入,只需要按照廢水的實際情況設置運行時間便可以保證沒有過多離子進入水體,所以完全可以滿足業(yè)主對于循環(huán)水電導率的要求。

采用廢水循環(huán)利用方式時,前期清洗使用循環(huán)水,最后使用清水進行最后沖洗,沖洗后的廢水作為補充水進入循環(huán)系統(tǒng),設計循環(huán)系統(tǒng)處理量:5m3/d,由于現場并無現成循環(huán)水池,因此我司設計在該集水池邊再行制作一個3米×4米×1.5米的循環(huán)池,池中分為廢水收集區(qū)及沉降排放池;隨后在該循環(huán)池邊上安裝1臺電解廢水凈化裝置進行處理,處理后的循環(huán)水流入沉降排放池用于下次清洗,并且設置1套壓濾裝置用于去除沉降濾渣,系統(tǒng)處理流程如下:

油漆廢氣含有較多的顆粒物,廢氣中的顆粒物會在沸石材料表面不斷的堆積、聚集,不斷增加的顆粒物會影響轉筒濃縮裝置的凈化效果,為了保護沸石轉筒的吸附凈化性能,有機廢氣進入濃縮裝置之前必須經過過濾器,考慮到系統(tǒng)的壓力損失以及濃縮轉筒對顆粒物濃度的要求,在沸石轉輪前端設有三級袋式過濾器,過濾等級分別為G4、F7、F9,不同等級過濾器為模塊化設計,組裝方便。

本控制系統(tǒng)專為三級過濾+濃縮轉筒+催化燃燒裝置系統(tǒng)設計,根據工藝要求,采用現場手動控制 、自動控制兩種模式。

轉筒運行

轉筒是連續(xù)運轉的,每小時約3圈,在設備調試初期即確定轉速,正常運行時不需更改轉速。

按自動停止按鈕后,燃燒器根據停機延時設定值自動停止。

當爐膛溫度>100℃時, CO排風機、脫附風機、吸附風機、轉筒馬達保持運行;

本項目電控系統(tǒng)設計是以PLC自動控制為核心,包括人機界面操作中心、安全聯鎖、聲光報警等,并配置適當的指示燈和控制按鈕為輔助。

1、電源:主電源380V±5%、3相、50HZ,采用三相五線制供電。

2、控制柜的技術要求:

(1)為了保持柜內溫度低于各元件允許的最高溫度,要提供強制的通風;風扇電源為220V,50HZ,風扇要有防護手指免受傷害措施,噪聲要滿足標準要求,風扇要用可拆清洗式的濾網。

4、在失電情況下的保護措施:

5、用電設備的保護:

上海市生態(tài)環(huán)境局頒發(fā)《關于開展本市重點行業(yè)揮發(fā)性有機物綜合治理工作》通知中,企業(yè)有項任務是對標對表,完成VOCs綜合治理“一廠一方案(2.0)”工作,各企業(yè)都應積極采取管控措施減少VOCs排放,從源頭替換、過程控制到末端治理,甚至運行監(jiān)控都將VOCs治理理念滲透到各環(huán)節(jié),把VOCs減排工作做細做好。

根據環(huán)保相關要求,以及我方以往項目經驗的經驗,我方開發(fā)了VOCs治理設施運行監(jiān)控儀,其將整個系統(tǒng)的各項運行參數集中收集整合,方便運行管理人員能夠及時、有效、便捷的監(jiān)控、掌握整個系統(tǒng)的運行情況,其主要監(jiān)控參數見表1。

所有監(jiān)控內容的實時數據將直觀的顯示在監(jiān)控儀主界面上(圖1),各并且項數據除實時顯示之外,還會以數據曲線方式顯示(圖2),其中將顯示實時數據、運行曲線、正常運行上下限,并且每張運行曲線圖還可進行放大,放大后的曲線圖可以上下左右拖動查看,并且曲線可以以年、月、日不同時間單位進行顯示。
